What to do now?
- Ensure that your contact details inc tel nos and email are correct so your opponents can
contact you. You can update your handicaps and telephone numbers by logging into your
details on the website. Simply enter your email address and password.
- Please take a few minutes to read the Rules on the website
- Contact your opponents to arrange a date and time to play.
How to arrange your first round match
It is the equal responsibility of each player to contact their opponent to arrange the first
round match and we strongly recommend you make contact as soon as possible. The dates to complete each round are below.
In the first round player A plays B, C plays D, E plays F etc
If you have been awarded a BYE in the first round you will play away in the second round
and there is no need to report the result.
Where will the match be played? Player A,C,E,G,I,K,M,O will have the home draw.
It is the responsibility of the match winner to report the result and this can be done
online by entering your Singles Ref No in the appropriate box or by calling the tournament
office on 0345 466 2222 between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Mon – Fri.
The first player to report their result will have the home draw in the second round and
so on for subsequent rounds.
