Accommodation: Hotel CUBE

Accommodation is booked for arrival on Tuesday 17^th and departure on Friday 20^th June 2025 and the package is based on twin or double share.

Check-in: From 15:00                Check-out: Until 12:00

Hotel CUBE is a new 4-star hotel situated in the heart of Prague's historic centre. This recently renovated building, dating back to the late 19th century, features a distinctive design that captivates you from every corner.

All rooms at the hotel are modernly furnished and come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Hotel CUBE Prague features certain rooms that include a terrace and the rooms include a coffee machine.

The perfect central location of the hotel offers proximity to important historical monuments, beautiful views and allows you to enjoy the true atmosphere of the capital city.

Golf transfers:  Included.

Airport transfers:  Are not included.

Hotel Parking:  Hotel CUBE has its own underground garage with 31 parking spaces.

Please reserve your parking space when booking. The price for parking in the underground garage is CZK 750 per day.

Buggies, electric trolleys & pull trolleys:  Buggies & Electric Trolleys are not included.

Daily Draw:  The draw for the first two rounds will be on the website at least 48 hours before the first round. The draw for the last round will be made in score order with the leaders going out last.                

Format: The scoring format each day will be individual Stableford with Playing Handicap 95% of Course Handicap. 

Handicap:  All four rounds will be run under the WHS system but scores will not automatically be forwarded to your Golf Union.  You MUST return your daily scores to your golf club and the easiest way to do this is to forward the email from Golf Genius, which you will receive after each round and which provides details of your scores.

GAGT Overseas Handicap System (OHA):  Where appropriate handicaps will be adjusted after each round in line with the GAGT OHA system, details of which we can provide.  Any adjustments will not affect your club Handicap Index.

The GAGT OHA system will take precedence over any adjustments made by a player’s home club so that everyone is operating on the same system as some clubs are slow to update overseas scores. 

Range balls:  Included at each course  

Prizes:  There will be prizes for the leading three scores each day.

Prizes will be in the form of vouchers for the Tour as follows:

Daily vouchers: 1^st - £100, 2^nd - £70, 3^rd - £50  Overall vouchers:  1st - £175, 2nd £150, 3rd - £125 

Presentation:  Will take place shortly after the last match finishes at PGA National on Friday 20th June 2025.

Evening Socialising:  Experience has shown that most people like to make their own arrangements for evening meals and there are plenty of options within a few minutes stroll of the hotel. We will recommend a restaurant each day and anyone wishing to join us as a group is very welcome.

Travel Insurance:  We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential.  As a condition of entry, you are required to arrange an insurance policy to cover cancellation, accident & medical problems, personal liability, legal expenses, luggage, delays etc.
